Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pie...

I decided to take advantage of strawberry season and attempt to make a strawberry pie for the first time. I found this recipe online and altered it a bit by adding melted semi-sweet chocolate to the pie crust to prevent the pie from getting too soggy and reducing the amount of sugar added to the mashed strawberry mixture. The results were better than I imagined and made for a perfect summer dessert.
