So Nice, I Had To Buy Them Twice...

As soon as I purchased my first pair of Isabel Marant Dicker boots I fell in love and knew they wouldn't be my last. So surprise, surprise I ordered my second pair in the anthracite color! When they arrived I was surprised that they were more of a black than gray because I secretly wished they were black to begin with! Honestly, for me these are the perfect boot, comfortable, versatile and a perfect ankle height, if you have ever debated them...get them!

25 Miles of Scenic Beauty...

One of my favorite things to do on a day off is grab a coffee and take the scenic route out to Malibu. Something about the sun and perma-breeze out there just makes me feel like I'm hours away from LA. My first stop is usually the Malibu Country Mart for some shopping at Planet Blue, Missoni or Madison. Followed by lunch at Malibu Kitchen, (the beefsteak tomato and fresh mozzarella is my personal favorite) and then some ping pong or just lounging in the sun on the deck at the Lumberyard. It ends up being a pretty perfect, relaxing day, my only regret is that I can't do it more often!

A few weeks ago I came across these amazing morsels as part of "The Shops at Target" collection. They are awesome, and I am now a firm believer in having sea salt as a part of all chocolate desserts. If you are into the sweet and salty combination I highly suggest grabbing some of these before they are gone, I may or may not have bought 2 tins when I saw they were on sale! -Love, Peace & Vintage

Snakes and Sneakers...

I've been majorly slacking on my blog, and I'm really trying to start posting again. So here's a start...I'm obsessed with the Incredibooth app so I thought I'd switch up a normal outfit post and instead take it piece by piece. Also, currently on my obsession list are these Isabel Marant Betty sneakers, they are super comfortable and I seriously have to stop myself from wearing them every day!

Picked these up the other day at Traders Joe's and must say they are AMAZING, I've seen the other versions, lemon and ginger but they never appealed to me. If you're a fellow coconut lover then definitely grab some the next time you're there and thank me later!

So excited, I just found out about two future store openings in LA. Topshop is opening at the Grove which I cannot wait for as I hate shopping on their website as it takes forever to get anything and it's so much easier in person.

Isabel Marant is going to make it's West Coast home on Melrose Place and I think I just heard my wallet already crying! This is definitely going to be dangerous as I have been a devoted Marant lover since 2008 when she sent Indian inspired smocks down the runway along with picnic tablecloth-esque mini dresses. Hmmmmm.....maybe it will make the AW12 boots easier to snag?

Can you think of a better Valentines day present than this? Yves Saint Laurent decided to take their iconic arty ring and put a Valentine's spin on it by adding a fushia stone and "love" on the back, if I already didn't own a few of these rings I'd be adding this to my list.

It's Gucci Time...

There are few things in life I adore more than thrifting and finding treasures to take home. Don't get me wrong I love shopping at normal stores too, but there's something about finding items that you can't find anywhere else and most likely never even knew existed that's such fun for me. One of my newest finds was this vintage 70's Gucci silk shirt, I loved the combination of the pheasants on the front and the gorgeous burgundy color so needless to say it's now hanging in my closet!
